Shri Nalinkant G Shah started job in this field around 1963 Under Ratilal Umedchand. Later these icons NalinKant G Shah established their business in 1967, Girish G. Shah joined him in the year 1971, Which eventually turned out to be a great success. Nalinkant G Shah is also the Hon. Secretary of Bombay Iron & Steel Broker Association (BIBA). In 1974 there was a strike in iron and steel market for around 44 days, he himself intervened in the matter & got involved with the community along with a solution on the table which was acceptable to everyone. This is when the strike was terminated. He has been an icon for BIBA. He was also conferred with a lifetime achievement award for his flawless services to the association. Girish Shah is also meticulously helping the National Association for Blind, and did service at Praful Kumar Sunil Kumar's company till 1971.
