The
production process of the DSQ Plates is done under
the strict guidance of professional expert and quality
control team. The quality control team is giving all its
efforts in making the producers to lead the quality of
plates to be well maintained for a very long time.
Galvanizing kettle is made from low carbon, low silicon and
special quality plates of 50 mm thick. “DSQ Plates
(Dead Soft Quality)” specially made for
galvanizing Tank. The DSQ PLATES
fabrication processing is involving cutting, machining,
drilling and forming and grinding. There are different types
of plates some are big some are small because it can be
availed in variant shape, size, thickness, etc. Special
Shaped Refractories, Standard Refractories, Insulation
Materials, and Combustion Equipment i.e. Burners, Blowers,
heating and pumping unit, temperature indicators with
Thermocouple and Auto Control systems. Also, plates are also
available in several dimensions, designations, grades,
alloys, specifications, standards, etc.
The thickness
of the DSQ Plates ranges from,
2.84mm, 3.18, 3.94, 4.70mm, the plate is said to be very
suitable for flexo ink that is based on alcohol and water.
You can easily use a solvent that contains a limited amount
of active solvents. These plates should be stored under the
room temperature that is 5-25°C and humidity of 55%. The oil
fired galvanizing furnace includes a hot plate for drying of
materials and catch basin for collection of molten zinc in
the event of puncture of kettle.
